High School Executive Committee for 2011-2012

The CROYA 2011 - 2012 Executive Committee is comprised of 21 students, ranging in age from sophomores to seniors. The Committee takes care of most of the operations on a weekly basis, including running the meetings, organizing fundraisers, and planning and working on special projects. The Committee meets at least once a month, and may also attend City of Lake Forest events on behalf of CROYA. Committee members are elected each April by CROYA members. Newly elected members take over when school reconvenes in August.

CROYA Service and Leadership (CSL) is a place to have fun, while helping the community. All service and leadership opportunities are student led.

CROYA Adult Advisory Board for 2011-2012

The CROYA Adult Board includes residents from Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, school personnel, and the chair of the High School Youth Committee. The Adult Board functions as a resource to the CROYA staff and youth, providing guidance and support when needed to ensure continued success with youth-initiated programs. Committee members are recommended by the Adult Board and are appointed by the Lake Forest Mayor and Lake Bluff Village President.

CROYA Foundation Board 

The CROYA Foundation (a 501c3) was formed in 2004 with the original goal of raising private dollars for the construction of a Student Union (completed September 2007.) Today, the Foundation is committed to raising needed funds for the numerous youth programs within the Student Union. CROYA continues to add programs to serve the needs of an ever-growing population of local teens. The facility was designed with growth in mind, and over the next several years, has the capacity to add hundreds of new opportunities for and with our young adults.
